You will not be directed into the Home page directly during the first time Login. You have to change your username and password for the first time login. After the first time login, you must set a new username as per the convenience. The Username is case sensitive. Check for the availability of the username. You must enter the pre-printed kit number that is on it. Mark a tick on the “terms and conditions” and click on the submit button and proceed for the next steps.
You need to set a password for the account login. This is used with your username. Whenever you are wanted to login to your Personal Banking account, you must use this password for getting the access. You can go to the home page of your account using this password. The new password for the account must be entered in the first box shown on the screen. This is case sensitive.
